Led the national review and redesign of Palestine's Early Childhood Development Strategy, engaging six government ministries in a comprehensive participatory process. The five-year framework integrates health, education, and protection with disability inclusion, MHPSS, and emergency preparedness — plus a costed action plan.

Designed and implemented a regional MIS connecting UPA's operations across Palestine, Jordan, and Lebanon through a nine-phase development process. Unified data architecture with ActivityInfo integration, custom Power BI dashboards, GDPR-compliant data management, and automated reporting workflows.
Child Protection Evaluation
Child Protection & MHPSS Emergency Response Evaluation
Endline evaluation of a three-year child protection and MHPSS emergency response reaching 4,200 crisis-affected beneficiaries. The evaluation validated the effectiveness of a 12-session resilience model and assessed case management quality and referral pathway functionality.
